IRO HD Frame's fit folks under 5'4". As a 5'6" woman, I am so grateful to IRO for finally fitting it right. They took their 700c geometry and just resized it to fit the 650c wheel. Instead of redesigning what works, they have produced the best small frame on the market. I wish more companies would take note.
